  I ordered some windows for my grandmother's house. The timely manner and professional services with this company was outstanding!! Both the glazers were very polite to my grandparents as well!!! Very strongly recommend these guys!!!!

  I read the reviews here and thought that this place might have been my best option, but I found some strange issue with Wysong Glass.
  
  I initially called them because I had a broken 2 pane window and I needed the repair as soon as possible. I called them and asked if they could come that day, and he confirmed it. They told me to send them an email so they could do a rough estimate on the repair cost, which I thought was pretty cool. I sent it, and an hour later they call me telling me the estimate which was $270. That seems reasonable especially for service now, they said they will be over there soon, that they could in fact be there THAT day.
  
  8 p.m. Thursday night. Not a word from them, nothing telling me they were late, or couldn't do it, not even to tell me why they didn't show, or maybe they did and I missed it, but didn't say anything. ... I was upset, but I figure I call them the next day.
  
  3 p.m Friday evening. I call again just to remind them that they didn't come like they said. The only thing I got from that phone call, is that they would be over there to do the full estimate, that they had a lot of estimates to do. I have no idea why I wasn't told that, and if that wasn't true yesterday, then why would they scoot my service request back?
  
  10 p.m. Same thing, not one word from them... Now I am starting to regret the patients.
  
  3 p.m. Saturday evening... Not a word from them... Its like I never called...
  
  I am pretty much just gonna cancel the service... If I even have to, it seems like I am already not on the list as is...
  
  CONCLUSION:
  These guys may have a high score, but it's only 5 reviews, so it may seem like the most qualified, but it just didn't work for me. You can try them at your own risk, there is no guarantee you are even gonna know if you will be serviced.
  
  I do hope they fix this problem because its just gonna be a "No." from me.
