  I just wanted to give a shout out to Crystal Thompson with your company - she is fantastic! And because of her insight and advice, our sign looks fabulous. (check it out for yourself at 3138 Industry Drive.)
  
  We had previously ordered signage from another local company and it took MONTHS to get a couple of signs. It was a painful, long drawn-out process. I had to follow up with the sales guy numerous times, as well as, follow up with the art department multiple times just to get a single proof - that should've been a sign that it wasn't going to be a great working relationship with them.
  
  It was a completely different experience at The Sign Chef. We designed our sign on-line and placed the order. Thankfully, Crystal, emailed me to follow up on how we planned to mount and display our sign and after some discussion with Crystal, we realized we had ordered the wrong material/product for our usage. She helped me pick out the correct material for our sign, along with the correct mount and display items, she helped coordinate changes with your art department - and she even followed up on the delivery of our sign. What a nice change from the other company - Crystal followed our order through from start to finish and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable the entire time and made my job so much easier!
  
  I highly recommend your company, if we ever need additional signage at any of our other locations, i will most certainly contact Crystal and/or The Sign Chef - i can't say enough great things about this experience compared to my last sign purchase experience.
