  Before you shop, please read.. First, the staff at this location is pleasant, and they do a great job. However, if you haven't shopped at a Lenscrafters in the last few years, they are not the "in-about-an-hour" store you are used to anymore. They normally send their lens orders to a central lab now, and sometimes the central lab unilaterally outsources jobs to third parties. When this happens, the store you order from cannot identify the lab nor track your lenses until they arrive in the store. Currently I'm approaching day 21 with no clear indication when my frames and lenses will be shipped or ready for pickup. For what it's worth, the day after I placed my order I went to Pearle Vision to order a second set of similar frames and lenses. They arrived in 4 calendar days. I don't blame the staff at Lenscrafters for my frustrations. Unfortunately, their business model has simply removed the convenience, and consequently their advantage in this market, and placed their employees on the receiving end of a lot of angry phone calls from customers that have no idea where their order is. If you do shop here, please verify that the central lab will handle your order before paying for your lenses.
