  A year ago I purchased a couch with power reclining along with the extended warranty. Within the year I had to call a tech out to fix it, which he claimed he did, as soon as he left the problem persisted and got worse. After multiple calls to the warranty center and a trip to the North Charleston store, my couch's factory warranty has expired. I was told the store's manager would be calling me after I left as well with no call in the last two weeks. Luckily I had the extended warranty, now the extended warranty people had to order the parts (and for some reason ship them to me), and I have been waiting for their service center to return my call to schedule a time for a tech to come out (the third time now) to do the repair, that should have been done originally. I still have no response from the store, the manager, or ServeCo the outside warranty company. For a $2,000 couch the customer service is extremely lacking.
