  This is an excellent burger spot but the staff does NOT know that old fashioned burger rolls SHOULD ALWAYS BE STEAMED!!!!!
  
  Hwy 55 started as Andy's in NC, serving old fashioned steamed rolls.
  
  IT SEEMS THAT THE OWNER, MANAGER NOR EMPLOYEES KNOW THIS AT THE STORE IN NORTH CHARLESTON.
  
  I have talked to ALL of them.
  
  I even contacted corporate. This was maybe a year ago. I went back about two weeks ago, burger roll came out cold. Amazing.
  
  I sent it back. It came back slightly warm/cool.
