  The employees usually seem grumpy and annoyed, as if we cause a problem by being customers. My husband ordered iced coffee with milk and sugar. A common/easy drink at most coffee shops. The barista placed a cup of black iced coffee on the counter, along with a bottle of sugar syrup and pitcher of milk. No, it wasn't hard for my husband to mix it himself, but again, "iced coffee with milk and sugar" is a common drink. At Starbucks, Joe Muggs, Biggby's, etc. they always just make the iced coffee. Never encountered a barista who wouldn't put it together. Then the coffee was so nasty that my husband had to throw it away after a few sips. My English Toffee Chiller was good, but we won't bother coming here again.
