  The most AMAZING purchasing experience I have had in ages with any vessel or vehicle. Superior service with quick responses to email questions. Follow up calls and emails are spot on. Professional, Friendly and worked with all of my requests. I even had a shopping list for the new boat which they had ready with my arrival today to pick up my new craft! I highly recommend Duncan's Boats, and with these pictures, you clearly have two very happy customers!

  I really wasn't happy with my first boat from another dealer I purchased a year earlier. I felt essentially pressured to buy a boat bc of the name without ever seeing it perform in water. While it was nice boat for a lake, was totally unsuited for the waterways I travel. It almost turned me off to boating completely.
  I had a completely different experience at Duncan's. Larry was a true professional. He actually said he wouldn't sell me the boat until I had taken it out in the water. He was resourceful a true expert in boating and customer service. He even came al the way out to Dunes West to make sure the trailer would work at our ramp.
  Rudy from the service department was also exceptional. We had a minor leak with our toilet after taking delivery. He sent the service tech to my home to fix it the same day so I would have the boat to use for the weekend.
  Finally, Sean the service tech also a true professional he came to my house found the problem in minutes. He then went above and beyond and found a replacement part the same day that would have taken a week if he had just ordered it.
  Overall I had an exceptional experience I can't thank you guys enough.
