  I am a Carolina business owner looking at expanding my business down to Charleston, SC and was looking into the office spaces of Regus. They didn't have a lot of information online as far as pricing plans so I filled out the information window to receive more information from someone. Within 10 minutes I got a call from someone with Regus who wasn't helpful at all in answering any of my questions and had only one goal in mind to schedule me an appt with a representative from Regus. I continued to tell her I am just trying to get ballpark ideas of how it works and a price point. She continued to just push me to schedule an appointment. I told her I am shopping online and if the only way I can get pricing was to meet with someone then I would schedule the appointment, but then she switched it up and said if I didn't want to schedule an appointment it was fine and I could just keep shopping online and got rude with me and hung up. It was a very unpleasant first experience with this company and I hope they can train their call center representatives to be a little more helpful and less aggressive in scheduling an appointment.
